This program includes site orientation, Equipment Care Plan (ECP) familiarization, Machinery Reality Report (MRR) application, SOP execution, troubleshooting guide practice, and CMMS/SAP training.
• Senior Technician Onboarding (3 Weeks): A fast-track program for experienced technicians, focusing on critical documentation and operational practices, including ECPs, MRRs, and CMMS documentation. Key areas include safety, equipment walkthroughs, SOP application, troubleshooting scenarios, documentation standards, and CMMS/SAP entry.
